About
A feast of light and culture unfolds in the heart of the city at the 2026 Daejeon Seo-gu Art Festival, held for three days from October 9 to 11 around Seo-gu District Office (Saemmeori and Boramae Park). Starting in 2016, this marks the festival's 10th edition, held under the theme "Chill the Seo-gu Art," featuring programs that reflect current trends across a wide range of arts and culture. Visitors can browse and buy works at an art market with artists from across the country, alongside hands-on art activities and various performances—Seo-gu's representative festival in Daejeon. Beyond the main programs, an outdoor sculpture exhibition and special exhibitions are set up throughout the festival grounds, giving visitors plenty of artwork to enjoy. With diverse programs for the whole family, it's a festival where you can unwind through culture on a crisp autumn day.
