Yanggu Navel Festival

The Bekkop (Bellybutton) Festival is held in Yanggu, Gangwon-do, the exact geographic center of Korea, and it's one of the region's signature cultural arts festivals built around that unique claim to fame. This year's slogan, "Belly Button Login," turns the festival itself into a kind of player you can step into. The lineup centers on lively water-based programs designed to beat the summer heat, giving people of all ages a place to laugh and cool off together.
