Wanju Sanggwan Water Pulpati Festival

The Sanggwan Waterfall Party is a stay-and-play tourism festival in Sanggwan-myeon, Wanju County, that links together the area's water, forests, hot springs, lodging, and food. Rather than a place people just pass through, the event is designed to introduce Sanggwan-myeon as a destination where visitors can stay and enjoy its many attractions and spaces. The main programs are the Sanggwan Waterfall Party, centered on water play, and the Sanggwan Night Market, where visitors can enjoy local food. Alongside these, there's "Sanggwan Foresttivity," a hands-on program using natural resources like the cypress forest; "Walking with Sanggwan," a trekking program through local forests and villages; and "Sanggwan ZIP," a stay program linked with local accommodations. From daytime water play and forest experiences to nighttime food and lodging, the festival is designed to let visitors fully experience Sanggwan-myeon's nature, tourism, and everyday life.
