Suwon Heritage Night Tour

The Suwon National Heritage Night is a nighttime cultural heritage festival held around Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. Drawing on the area's distinctive historical and cultural resources, it takes place across several sites: the area from Banghwasuryujeong Pavilion to Hwahongmun Gate and Suwoncheon Stream, Yongyeon Pond, and the area from Haenggung Plaza to Paldalmun Gate. The festival is centered on Suwon Hwaseong's major heritage sites and cultural facilities, offering exhibitions, performances, and hands-on programs built around eight nighttime themes — night view, night road, night history, night tale, night story, night market, night snack, and night stay. Programs run from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. It's a chance to experience the fortress walls of Suwon Hwaseong at night alongside its heritage, with plenty of programs prepared to help visitors feel the charm of Suwon Hwaseong.
