The 7th Yesan Stork Festival is a meaningful eco-festival that reflects the warm efforts of Stork Village to build a stable habitat for restored storks and to support their survival in the wild. Rapid climate change has recently threatened natural ecosystems, making it harder for storks to live in the wild. Yet these beautiful birds still return faithfully to Stork Village thanks to their strong homing instinct, and the village continues to carefully cultivate an eco-friendly habitat where storks and people can live together. This year's festival will vividly convey the village's dedication and its message of ecological conservation through a variety of hands-on programs and exhibitions. It will be a special time to feel the preciousness of nature and share in the wonder of life at the pristine Yesan Stork Village, where people live alongside these birds.
